Enjoy the convenience of boarding earlier when using our Priority Boarding facility. This service allows you to board the aircraft first so you will be able to take your seat and enjoy a stress-free start to your trip. You can purchase Priority Boarding along with your ticket on www.flynas.com
How does it work?
- Step 1: Purchase ‘Priority Boarding’ during your booking
- Step 2: Make sure you have your printed boarding pass or your mobile boarding pass ready at the departure gate.
- Step 3: When boarding starts, our staff will ask passengers with priority boarding or in boarding zone 1 to board the plane first
Dear guest, being at the gate on time is an important step in using the priority boarding service! Priority boarding is available from selected airports. You can add priority boarding online when making your booking or after you’ve made your booking—up to 6 hours before your scheduled departure. When the boarding starts, we will ask our passengers with priority boarding to come to the front of the line, and you will be among the first to enter the aircraft. Make sure you are at the gate well in advance of when the boarding for your flight starts. You will not be able to make use of priority boarding once the boarding for the remaining passengers has opened.
Terms and Conditions:
- If a passenger with priority boarding arrives late at the gate, other passengers who arrive earlier will be allowed to board.
Note: Announcements may not be available at certain airports, and therefore, passengers are required to follow the applicable signage placed at the boarding gates.
- Space for carry-on bags in the aircraft is limited and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, it is recommended to board early to secure space for your carry-on bags.
- If a passenger has an oversized stroller or carry-on bag, it will be loaded into the cargo hold. Additional charges may apply for carry-on baggage intercepted at the gate.
- In case of a bus transfer, passengers can enter the bus first or any time they show up. However, priority boarding from the bus to the aircraft is not guaranteed.
- In the case of group or family travel, companions do not receive free services if one passenger on the reservation purchased the service. Each passenger must pay for the service separately.
- The Priority Boarding fee applies to both adults and children aged 2 to 12. However, infants who do not occupy a seat and are under the age of 2 are exempt from this fee. The exemption applies only if all passengers accompanying the infant on the same reservation have paid the Priority Boarding fee.
- Please note that priority boarding services are exclusively available for passengers travelling on flights operated by flynas.
- Priority Boarding does not exempt passengers from check-in time limits.
