Riyadh – March 11, 2025: flynas, the leading low-cost airline in the world and the best LCC in the Middle East, announced launching an initiative to recruit people with disabilities in various departments of the company in cooperation with the Authority for the Care of People with Disabilities, as part of the company's sustainability program, which aims to adopt initiatives that have a sustainable impact on society. The initiative takes advantage of the inclusive and disability-friendly internal environment at flynas, and the company has implemented an awareness campaign to educate and train its employees on the best methods for dealing with each disability. Moreover, the company has trained its air navigation staff and cabin crews on sign language, empowering them to best communicate with deaf and hearing-impaired persons, and has informed them of the characteristics of people with autism and how to care for their needs. This initiative is the first of its kind for an airline in the Kingdom. It demonstrates flynas commitment to adopting community initiatives with a sustainable national impact within its responsibility towards society.
