Moreover, the company has trained its air navigation staff and cabin crews on sign language, empowering them to best communicate with deaf and hearing-impaired persons, and has informed them of the characteristics of people with autism and how to care for their needs. This initiative is the first of its kind for an airline in the Kingdom.
