Incase your plans have changed, flynas offers your the option to change your flight to an earlier one, with our fly ahead option, you can now schedule your day the way it suits you, learn more about this feature:

Eligibility:

  • The passenger must have a confirmed booking for a flight on our website/app on the same day.
  • The requested earlier flight must have available seats and be departing on the same day.
  • The original booking must not be a group booking or a package deal.
  • The change request must be made a certain number of hours before the original flight departure time (e.g., 6 hours).
Change Process:

  • Passengers can request a change through our website or mobile app, via Manage My Booking section
  • The system will verify the passenger's eligibility and check the availability of seats on the requested earlier flight.
  • If eligible, the system will allow the passenger to confirm the change.
  • The passenger will receive a confirmation email or notification with the updated flight details.
  • The system must automatically update the passenger's itinerary and travel documents.
Fees and Charges:

  • It is FREE of charge
  • Any additional fees or charges, such as baggage fees or seat selection fees, will NOT apply to the new flight according to our standard policies.
Restrictions and Limitations:

  • The feature may not be available for all flight types or destinations.
  • The airline reserves the right to limit the number of changes allowed per booking.
  • The airline may not be able to guarantee changes for flights that are fully booked.
Cancellations and Refunds:

  • If a passenger cancels their original booking after making a free change, the cancellation policy for the original booking will apply.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our standard refund policy.
Amendments:

  • The airline reserves the right to modify or terminate this policy at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
