What can you earn with flynas products?
nasmiles members can view their membership e-card through flynas mobile application. All members receive a virtual card.
Earning Miles
Earning miles is easy, they are earned by purchasing qualifying flights with flynas and by providing your nasmiles loyalty membership number when making your booking. You could also add your nasmiles membership number in “Manage my Booking”.

Yes, your miles will expire, however, they are valid for 12 months from the month they are earned. Miles expire at the end of the month after the 12 month period, so if you earn 100 miles on 15 June 2024, these miles will expire on 30 June 2025 (unless redeemed beforehand).
nasmiles tiers
The more you fly with us, the more miles you earn. You need to meet the minimum number of miles required for tier to be upgraded. To achieve Prime, you need to earn 15,000 miles. Or you can complete 8 flights within 3 months to reach Prime
Once you have achieved Prime tier you have a fixed 365 days in which to earn the required miles needed to maintain your status. If you achieve Prime tiers by flying 8 times during 3 months, then your status will remain for 3 months.
Once you earn enough miles for the next membership tier, you'll be awarded your new nasmiles tier immediately. Your new nasmiles tier is valid for 12 months from the date you get upgraded. Your new tier will be confirmed to you by a welcome email to the email address you provided upon joining nasmiles.
The lounge is open to Premium class passengers as well economy class passengers who purchase a lounge access. However, nasmiles Prime members get complimentary access to the lounge.
No, at this time only a Prime members enjoy complementary access; however, family or friends can purchase lounge access at the nasmiles lounge at the front desk or when booking their flights through flynas.com
