Reservations may be changed or cancelled up to 6 hours prior to scheduled flight departure.

Change fees:

- No change fees for date/time/route changes, fare difference only to be paid.
- Name change not permitted.

Cancellation Fees:

- SAR100 fee, per Customer, per sector, balance in credit for 1 year

Hold Baggage Allowance :

Maximum 2 pieces of maximum 23 kg each, maximum dimensions of 158cm (H+W+D) per piece

You may also carry one bag into the cabin, maximum 10kg weight and dimensions of no more than 56cm x 23cm x 36cm. Plus a laptop or handbag

Fly Smooth Fares

Fly Smooth Fares may be changed or cancelled up to 24 hours prior to scheduled flight departure.

Change fees:

- SAR100 to change date/time/route, plus any fare difference .
- Name change not permitted.

- SAR100 fee per Customer, per sector, balance in credit for 1 year.
